Sigma Technology Management System Conforms to ISO Standards

Therefore, since the early 2000s Sigma Technology has a quite unique and comprehensive set of ISO certifications needed to provide premium solutions to the clients. We were, and still are, among the first companies to get the ISO 27001 certification, which makes Sigma Technology an attractive and reliable partner for the clients, as it proves that the company fully conforms to international information security standards.

Each year Sigma Technology’s offices in Sweden, Hungary and China conduct external audits to verify that the management system conforms to ISO standards: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and ISO 27001:2013. Sigma Technology also performs regular internal audits, as well as organizes customers’ survey to reveal clients’ satisfaction and ensure that the company maintains high-quality deliveries. This year over 200 customers participated in the survey and highly rated Sigma Technology for all survey areas of research.

In October, one of the company’s biggest customers visited Sigma Technology headquarters to verify how the information security requirements are followed in practice. As the company conforms to the ISO 27001 standard, and all the staff is aware of the rules and policies for keeping information assets secure, the client was completely satisfied with our work and our approach to handling the customer’s sensitive data.
