We obtain data directly from you, within the context of the relationship that we have with you. You can be a contact person with one of our customers, contractors, and/or partners, or even sub-consultants, job seekers and/or students. In short, people who we interact with within the context of our business, or process personal data for as part of managing our relationship.
Examples of personal data that we process are your name and your contact details such as mobile phone number and e-mail address. We may also update your information from other public records, such as via the Swedish Companies Registration Office, SPAR, etc. if it is deemed necessary, in order to maintain a good filing system.

Information that may be disclosed
We may disclose your personal information to companies within our company group that are in the context of our collaboration and integral to our relationship with you.
We may also share personal data with the service providers that process data on our behalf in order to execute our services, e.g. IT services and marketing services unless otherwise instructed.
We only cooperate with partners processing personal data within the EU/EEA, or with companies that maintain the same level of protection as within the EU/EEA, by using EU standard agreements. All data transfers comply with the requirements of the GDPR.
STORAGE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
All data processing is performed in accordance with applicable legislation, which means that personal data is not retained for a longer period than necessary. We will store your personal information as long as you are an active or potential customer, supplier (including contractor or candidate), or partner to us.
If our relationship has ceased and/or it is not considered reasonable to be re-activated, we shall delete your information. Such reviews are made periodically and at least once a year.
Unless specifically instructed or we have obtained your specific approval, personal data of subjects who have been inactive in their relationship with us will be deleted at the latest after 3 years of inactivity. Some information may be retained longer if necessary due to legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act (SFS 1999:1078).
In all processing and storage of personal data, the privacy and relevant level of organizational and technical security measures are observed based on the risk and sensitivity of the data being processed.
We ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or destruction, illegal treatment, or accidental loss or damage.
You have the right to obtain information on which personal data about you we process and you can control what information about you is stored. We will correct the information that is found to be incorrect on our own, your, and/or our partner’s initiative. You may also request for your data to be deleted or for its usage to be limited by contacting us (for contact information, see “Contact us”).
If you have complaints concerning Sigma Technology AB’s processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority or another supervisory authority that supervises the processing of personal data by companies.
You are entitled, under certain circumstances, to obtain the personal information you have provided to us which concerns you, in an electronic format that is widely used. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, which is based on our legitimate interest. If so, Sigma Technology AB will only continue with the processing if there are legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests.
You can at any time refrain from receiving marketing communications from us by updating your account settings on “My Profile” (or similar), by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email and a text message that you receive from us. You are always welcome to contact us for assistance in unsubscribing from our communications.
