Sigma Technology has signed a long term outsourcing agreement with a leading developer of mobile handset devices regarding the production and management of service documentation globally.
Sigma Technology will leverage their global leadership in Information Logistics Services for the delivery of service documentation to support the mobile handset developer’s customers and business in an efficient and cost effective manner.
The service documentation included in the outsourcing is repair information for mobile handset devices and support information published on the web. The information includes text based information as well as multimedia productions and will be produced both in China and in Sweden.

The contract is valid from the first of May 2009.
