We are looking for a skilled Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer with expertise in 5G technologies and private wireless networks to join our team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge 5G RAN and private wireless solutions, ensuring exceptional connectivity and high-quality service for our clients and the customers they serve. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-driven solutions.

Key tasks:

• Configure 5G nodes in customer lab environments and create RAN test setups.
• Design and implement end-to-end 5G RAN solutions, including private wireless networks, to meet customer requirements and enhance network performance.
• Optimize 5G network performance using advanced analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for 5G and private wireless deployments.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure smooth execution of public and private wireless network projects.
• Provide technical support and training for clients and internal teams on 5G and private wireless technologies.
• Participate in the planning and rollout of new features and enhancements for 5G and private wireless networks.

• Experience with Nokia AirScale technology.
• Knowledge of security considerations and best practices for 5G and private wireless networks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and analysis.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco) are advantageous.
