Appbites Becomes Sigma Technology Southeast Europe
Sigma Technology Group is proud to announce the rebranding of its Kosovo-based subsidiary Appbites to Sigma Technology Southeast Europe, marking a new chapter in the company’s regional integration and strategic growth.
Founded in 2016, Appbites has built a strong reputation for delivering end-to-end digital solutions, including custom software development, mobile applications, cloud architecture, blockchain consulting, and cybersecurity services. With clients across the USA, UK, Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland, the company has demonstrated deep technical expertise and a commitment to quality, transparency, and innovation.
The renaming to Sigma Technology Southeast Europe reflects the company’s closer alignment with the Sigma Technology Group and its ambition to serve clients across the broader Southeast European region, including future expansions into Albania and North Macedonia.
“This rebranding is more than a name change. It’s a signal of our commitment to grow, integrate, and deliver world-class IT services from Southeast Europe,” says Arianit Pajaziti, President at Sigma Technology Southeast Europe. “We are proud to be part of the Sigma Technology family and excited to contribute to its global strength with joint delivery from Kosovo and the region.”
Niklas Malmros, President of Sigma Technology Solutions Group, adds: “Kosovo has one of the youngest and most tech-savvy populations in Europe. The team in Pristina brings exceptional talent and energy, and we see great potential in becoming one of the top three employers in Kosovo within the next three years. This rebranding is a natural step in our journey to build long-term relationships and drive sustainable innovation.”
Sigma Technology Southeast Europe will continue to operate from its headquarters in Pristina, Kosovo, and maintain its flexible delivery models offering nearshore hubs, dedicated project teams, and individual specialists. The company’s services span industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and justice, and it is actively engaged in strategic partnerships, including a five-year collaboration with the University of Pristina to foster innovation and talent development.
