Sigma Technology IT Group has become one of the selected consulting companies that have entered into a new framework agreement with the National Procurement Services within the central government agency Kammarkollegiet. The agreement enters into force in August 2025 and runs for four years.

Kammarkollegiet (the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) acts as an investment manager, purchaser, insurer and legal agency for the central government. The National Procurement Services department at Kammarkollegiet is responsible for procurement activities in Sweden, which includes authorities, regions, municipalities and other public actors, to streamline procurement for frequently purchased goods and services.

The procurement of IT consulting services for Operational IT needs includes services in business development, requirements, usability, and accessibility. Kammarkollegiet pays special attention to how suppliers work with sustainability, accessibility, information security, e-commerce, and supply security. After a rigorous tender process, Sigma Technology IT Group was selected as one of the nine approved suppliers.

“Kammarkollegiet prioritizes suppliers who consider environmental and social responsibility, aligning with the government’s procurement strategy, Agenda 2030, and the national environmental goals. This makes us especially proud to be one of the chosen suppliers. With our solid expertise in digitalization and digital inclusion, we look forward to contributing to Sweden’s digital development,” says Anna Nyblin, Bid Manager at Sigma Technology IT Group.

The framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet further strengthens Sigma Technology’s commitment to becoming Sweden’s leading IT provider for the public sector. Earlier this year, Sigma Technology signed agreements with Region Jönköpings Län, CSN, the Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, and the Norwegian Veterinary Institute.

“Our strategic focus within the public sector is to build long-term relationships with our clients to drive digitalization projects. With our broad delivery capacity and capability, we can assist public sector organizations in ensuring the quality of their digital and sustainable initiatives. Winning the framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet is an important milestone for us,” says Johan Edlund, CEO of Sigma Technology IT Group.
