Who can apply?
We’re looking for recent graduates or early-career engineers, typically with up to a couple of years of professional experience. You have an academic background in areas such as computer engineering, software development, electronics, mechatronics, engineering physics, system development, or related technical fields.
What technical areas and industries do you work in?
We develop advanced technical solutions across areas such as embedded systems, software development, electronics, system development, and testing and verification. Our customers operate in sectors such as electrification, intelligent industry, and digital solutions.
Where is the Embedded Talent program active?
There are opportunities at the locations where we have offices and customer assignments: Gothenburg, Jönköping, Linköping, Stockholm, Västerås.
How is the Embedded Talent program set up?
The setup can vary depending on customer assignment, technical area, and location. What the setups have in common is that you get the opportunity to develop through advanced assignments with the support of experienced consultants and specialists within Sigma Technology.
Do I need experience?
No, not necessarily. We’re targeting both recent graduates and those who have gained a year or two of experience in a relevant technical field.
Do I need to proficiency in Swedish?
For many assignments, proficiency in both Swedish and English are a must, especially since several customers work in safety-critical environments.
Is security clearance a requirement?
Yes, some roles may require Swedish citizenship and passing a security clearance.
