How can I get started?
During our start-up meeting we together define the initial scope of what you need. After the meeting Sigma will come back with an estimation and proposal for agreement.
How do I control the process?
We will work closely together. In the beginning we discuss all aspects of our collaboration in meetings. When the project are up and running we together define the frequency of status reports and steering meetings. In between you are always welcome to check in for a short status update.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes, normally we send status reports every second week and have steering calls once a months. But of course this will be adjusted according to the actual needs and your preferences.
How can I use #YourTeam at maximum?
Start small and let us take more responsibility when we know each other.
Can you take over support for a system that you have not developed?
Yes, we are experienced in analysis of existing software solutions and step by step we can take control of complex solutions that we have not created?
Will I have one single contact person?
Yes, one of the members in #Yourteam will be your contact person. The actual work could be done by several persons in the team.
For how long time do I need to sign an agreement?
As long as you like. We work short and small assignments and long-term commitments for business critical systems.
Can you scale up fast?
It depends. If it is possible to use consultants from any of Sigma’s locations in Europe we can normally scaly up fast.
