Sigma sells operations to Lawson
Sigma Enterprise Applications has reached an agreement on the terms for the sale of its Lawson operations (S3) in the Nordic region. Sigma has been Nordic affiliate for Lawson, but after Lawson’s acquisition of Intentia this is a natural transaction for both parties.

A new framework agreement has just been signed between Sigma and a large, international company in the retail business sector. The agreement is valued at MSEK 250 over the next to years.

Vaxjo University Cooperates with the East
Växjö University is on its way towards establishing a whole new cooperation with the National University of Electronics in Ukraine’s second city Kharkiv. Using modern IT technology, this autumn, 50 students from Ukraine will be able to coordinate and study with the 15 students studying business-to-business at Växjö University.
Major order from telecom company worth SEK 45 M over three years – Sigma Technology establishes an office in Karlskrona
Sigma Technology, a world leader in information logistics, establishes a new office in Karlskrona in connection with the order. Sigma Technology expects its Hungarian operations to support the demand. The agreement covers the development, maintenance and publishing of customer’s technical information for products manufactured in Karlskrona. The agreement covers a period of three years. The new office will employ 20 people when fully established by the end of the year.
Sigma to build Chinese training portal – E-learning company MiROi to start remote training in China
The exchange-listed IT consulting company Sigma is helping the e-learning company MiROi with large-scale remote training effort in Chinese in Anshang north of Beijing. Sigma is adapting MiROi’s training platform for the Chinese with support from its office in China.
