Sigma Technology Hungary is proud to be an inclusive and open workplace. We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for a productive and creative work environment.
In recent months, Sigma Technology Hungary has taken several steps to celebrate diversity and inclusion. In July, György Nagy, Managing Director, and Zsuzsanna Garaj, Recruitment Manager, attended the Allyship Breakfast organized by WeAreOpen – Nyitottak vagyunk. This event brought together leaders from across Hungary to discuss how to create a more supportive working environment for LGBTQ individuals.
Sigma Technology Hungary also had a strong presence at this year’s Pride March in Budapest. A team of employees marched in support of diversity and acceptance. The march was attended by over 35,000 people, making it one of the largest Pride marches in Hungary.
Zsuzsanna Garaj was also interviewed by a Hungarian television channel about the importance of diversity in the workplace. Click here to watch the interview!
Zsuzsanna says:
It’s worth being open and inclusive. If a workplace supports and encourages its employees to be themselves, it also facilitates a more productive and creative space for work.
This statement reflects Sigma Technology Hungary’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. We believe that a diverse workforce is a stronger workforce. We are proud to be a company that celebrates the differences that make us all unique.
