Walking to Barcelona
The second Sigma Technology step competition has been finalized and the winning team was the first to walk the designated distance from Sundsvall in Sweden to Barcelona in Spain.

Sigma Technology is currently planning for the different university work fairs for the upcoming school year. So far we will participate in the following fairs:
Sigma Technology in cooperation with Peking University
Peking University has chosen Sigma Technology to develop and deliver courses in technical writing for Master students at Peking University (PKU). Sigma Technology has been present in China since 2006 and has become the leading company within technical writing and information logistics in China. As a key player within the field, Sigma Technology was approached by the linguistics department at PKU and asked to develop and deliver a course in technical writing.
ISO certification for SK China
In June, Sigma Technology (SK) Quality Manager, Ulf Nordstrand, visited SK offices in Shanghai and Beijing to prepare the staff and sites for the ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications. ISO9001 is for quality management and does not only relate to projects, but also to recruitment and personal development. There are still areas that need improvement, but things in China are looking positive according to Nordstrand.
