The company pursues two key goals: to establish partnerships with local companies and build a team of product information engineers and technical writers. Johan Thornadtsson, President at Sigma Technology Information, comments: “Trollhättan differentiates with its unique business ecosystem and entrepreneurial spirit. We have chosen this region due to its highly skilled labor market, favorable business climate, proximity to universities, and interesting tech clients. Trollhättan is also a hub for automotive industry-related engineering know-how, which is critically important for us since we cooperate closely with car manufacturers. We also see there are many companies in neighboring cities that need information engineers, and we can offer our full-scale services to them.

Malin Andersson, Unit Manager at Sigma Technology Information, is a site manager responsible for recruitment, people management, and partnerships with clients. Malin has great experience of over 12 years as a consulting manager and HR specialist in the staffing and recruitment sphere. “It feels natural for me to continue working with the mix of consultants, and clients. Being able to work in a new industry is a great start for further development for all of us. Just like Sigma’s vision, I think our people are the strongest asset, and I’m looking forward to developing together with the company and my team,” says Malin.

Sigma Technology Information has already started a recruitment campaign in Trollhättan and is looking for both junior talents and senior experienced technical writers and information engineers. The company offers a great opportunity to make a career within product information in combination with a flexible hybrid workplace, where employees can choose where they want to work – at home or in the office with their teammates, or to mix.
